>you're confusing what the mueller report was. the intelligence apparatus/obama admin/mueller report all confirmed that russia attempted to influence the election by (1) guccifer 2.0 hacking the DNC and leaking/using data and (2) public/social media disinfo campaign that favored trump. guccifer 2.0 was traced to GRU operatives and admin investigation did show russian bot farms extensively produced clinton negative/trump positive propaganda. Gabbard's report now pulls from basically a couple internal emails from the obama admin and their reports about the issue that said, as they have always said, Russia did not have the capability nor the intent (and they did not try) to interfere with our election infrastructure, ie even though russia was trying to influence the election in other ways, they did not try to hack our voting machines. the admin was always consistent about this. nobody ever claimed that russia hacked our voting machines. Gabbard makes the completely false claim that this is an admission from the obama admin that Russia wasnt trying to influence the election writ large. But, to answer your question, the mueller report could not prove that the trump campaign knew or provided anything of value to Russia in exchange for their efforts to influence the election in trump's favor. it did find that Russia tried to influence the election. the case against trump is largely circumstantial based on his campaign's strange ties to russia, meetings, and overall change in the RNC's platform which became more pro Russia at the request of the trump campaign (via testimony from actual campaign members). all the facts are readily available if you ever feel like reading
the documents released showed the intelligence assessment that was to be issued just days before the meeting where Clinton and Brennan started the whole operation that Russia neither had the willingness nor the ability to influence US elections.
