It does. Upload the mp4, then in archive just go to pic related (this option generally only appears on mp4s, hence the file requirement) and you'll be taken to a standalone page with just the video. once you're there, take the url from that page and just pop it in cytube.
only issue i've ever had with this is sometimes, occasionally, people will complain about buffering issues. oh, and two times i had them remove my thing for copyright infringement, but it was because i took an apple tv show and straight reuploaded it without changing its signature in any way, so that was on me.
