Anything beyond 3:1 is basically unheard of in modern warfare.

Believing the vatnik supersoldiers have a 10:1 casualty ratio is just as silly as believing that untrained draftees are getting the same numbers.

For historical reference, the first half of the WW2 Stalingrad offensive was ~3:1 favoring Germany, with the Soviets favored ~3:1 in the second half.
Both sides of course were claiming 10 or even 20:1 at the time.
