Like the other anon said, though you can feasibly clear her required placement mediums just fine and her one required long race doesn't even require placement.
Go a bit into stamina and you'll be fine. Treat it like you're trying to build her for a pvp team, namely try to get one stamina skill early on, and she'll work out fine.
