The organ donor process is by design the most secretive aspect of any hospital system. Those people understand very well what they are doing is murder. They don't want the public to know that there's no such thing as "brain death." It's a preposterous concept on the face of it. "Oh sorry ma'am your son's consciousness is permanently dead but his brain is just ever so conveniently working enough that all of his organs are still functioning at tip top shape."
