I've never thought about my actual, biological mother in a sexual manner. The "moms" in my fantasies are always some made up fictional characters, either whatever the current work depicts or some image in my head that doesn't really look or act much like my actual mom.
So yeah, it's more just the taboo concept that gets me going more than some actual desire.
