It concerns basic citizen cars and not trucks, semi's or vans

Finnish government buys cars made before year 2015 from citizens only to put them into a scrapyard to recycle their metals

Then you get a government ticket which enables to a discount from a new electric vehicle

But its not about destroying only gasoline cars because electric cars made before 2015 are also to be dismantled
