In a semi related note I was also doing some digging and WWE seems to have done the same banning to OG Octagon (Penta's counterpart the non heel dude) because he has a lawsuit where he created the character and has the copyrights, but AAA got the trade mark rights almost a decade later even if Octa had the copyrights first (and still to this day has), the weird thing is that WWE recently published OG Octa's matches on youtube and funny enough during the recent World's Collide event they mistook OG Octagon for Penta the 2nd and censored Penta the 2nd instead kek.
