This isn't communism, but it is retarded regulation that any company will go around easily. The problem isn't muh games, it's EULA's in general, which no government will touch since. tech!/military will not allow them to touch it. What you need to do is to push for right to repair shit that doesn't even allow companies to make these retarded pre-contracts
