i had a similar experience in a psych ward one time. 6'7" freak from lithuania built like a fucking tank who would stomp around the ward all night screaming in russian.
claimed he knew about astronomy and had memorised the movements of the planets

one cloudy night he pointed at an cloudy patch of sky and said "mars" and drooled a bit

kinda just thought "ok schizo" but i had an app on my phone that showed you the positions of the stars and planets and... sure enough, he was pointing directly at it

couple days later her stopped shouting "NAHUII BLYATTT I RAPE YOUR GRANDMOTHER" and calmed down a bit and said "prepare, JUPITER!"

couple days later u could see it blazing in the sky. it was like nothing i'd ever seen
