I use the waiNSFWillustrious model, which can be found on civitai. from there it's just a combination of loras and keywords that represent closely what you're looking for. the secret sauce is in the parameters and optimizations from my end. I also use adetailer to refine hands and faces when necessary but lately I haven't needed to use it much.
