Actually, the flashback could've been longer, fleshing out Harad's motivations more or seeing him adventuring more before settling. Yet, Oda decided to rush it in the worst kinf of way, at the end we just get Loki's mother thing and Loki crawling back. That will be like 3 pages at most. The rest is filler of an anticlimactic flashback.
