It's pretty obvious that something as serious as SSD (schizophrenia spectrum disorders) can only be curbed with meds and professional help but not cured. It's pretty much the same as autism, most people diagnosed with schizophrenia don't develop it and are born with it and it just gets stronger and more visible as they grow up.
But don't worry about it, most schizophrenic people who are diagnosed can recieve proper medical care and live a regular life so it's not hopeless.
