NOOTICER HERE. I noticed that we WILL get Citlali's rerun after Mavuika. Why do I know that?
First nooticing:
>She was going to be rerun alongside Skirk but got replaced
Second nooticing:
>We are getting Mare Jivari in the next patch, and Citlali showed us the Mare Jivari woven scroll. She will introduce us to the land
Third nooticing:
>She's right on time for the usual rerun schedule
Fourth nooticing:
>She's the last Natlan character (from before the Archon quest ended) left to be rerun. Natlan will end in 5.8
