If you watch teletoon or cartoon network, you get commercials for toys and Nintendo. If you watch Womens network, you get ads for tampons and makeup. So the fact he is getting a Punjabi commercial, suggests he is watching a Punjabi programming.

There are many channels that offer programming blocks for different culture. Omni 1 and 2, Vision Tv, even City tv used to on Saturdays back in the day. You think when Italian or Chinese programming is on Omni 1, the commercials won't be Italian or Cantonese??
