The Big Finish titles are slowly making the War Doctor my favorite. He is a grumpy sarcastic fuck with the rage response of the 1st and the mastermind aspect of 7. And what this Doctor had in spades was fucking STONES. His literal first plan to end the Time War is to murder the Time Strategist. In his own words he's starting at the top and working his way down. Even is Timelord colleagues remarked "And we though the one in the bow tie was bad". He gets up to some dark shit.
