In some cases the foreskin can be too tight and you need to get circumcised later on. It’s called Phimosis and I don’t think it’s super common but I hear it’s very unpleasant. Also of course extremely unpleasant to cure it (you have to get circumcised which can’t be fun when you are not a baby).

I know that Peter the Third the husband of Catherine the Great had phimosis so he could not get an erection or have sex or masturbate or anything like that.
