I actually liked the layout of Budapest. Granted, I didn't drive while I was there or see the outer ring roads since I came in directly via the M1 on a bus, but the traffic within the city seemed to flow well from what I saw. US roads are generally easy to drive on, but the main problem is congestion and the way other people tend to drive. If you asked anyone here how many car accidents they've been involved in, the number is probably above 2 or 3.
