I'm rushing because I want to play the current event, but it tells me there are Volume 4 spoilers in the story. So I either ignore the story, ignore the spoilers, or try to bum rush this specific fucking quest until it somehow works out, because I don't think there are any other like it. I legitimately never encountered a gacha game where the story mode kicked my ass so damn hard, even FGO was more manageable, at least it had friend support units that could always drag your ass to victory somehow. I have absolutely zero clue what made Nexon pull this shit on a single specific quest with no option to just skip the battle with no rewards if I wanna read the VN. Why would you try to filter the newfags out of story mode?
