A notable one would be 巨大化, loosely translated as "gigantification" or "giant". From browsing the stories, it seems to be the most reliable one to see some growth in the story. It also includes dudes and furries though, so you might want to add 巨大娘 to filter out the non-giantesses. Ofc you can also use the latter by itself.
