>NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Nashville man accused of raping and kidnapping underage girls at gunpoint wants to lessen his restrictions so he can be around children. A judge already agreed to lower Dejuan Moore's bond, which is why he is not currently in jail.

>Moore is accused of aggravated rape, aggravated assault, and kidnapping of three teenage girls: two 17-year-olds and a 15-year-old. They said Moore was at a gas station, asked the girls to a party, and they said no. Police say he then chased them behind a Dollar General on Lafayette Street. According to a police report, Moore forced the 17-year-old and 15-year-old at gunpoint to "perform oral sex on him in the roadway."
