Oh yeah, I guess the game could be considered "complete" at this stage. Tower pokemon can't have EVs fro some reason, so any pokemon you can make is just as strong as what's in the tower.
The current plan is to at least perfect the EV system (and make an EV system), put out build 2. Take/implement feedback, add in Snakewood content, put out build 3, and then go privet.
The plan was always to go privet once I started mass theft of fakemon, hell, I wasn't even planning to put out the snakewood build. Still, I'll include all the project files, so if you want to add in your own fakemon, it'll be easy to do so.
