Heal is common enough, but yeah, you need Noah, or if you can stall a turn or two, the enhanced puppet can swing for more damage with Orchis. You still are super evo dependant, and if you can't end the game there, and can't bullshit with a late game Liam, you just kinda lose.

You have clear, but little that sticks. If they wanna remove your shit, they will. If you go 2nd, and you manage to get a little momentum, you can be extremely cheeky with Fighter's enhance by the +1 pp thing, but you can't always pull that off.
