Exactly! When Duel Links added GX to the game they gave everyone their GX era cards except for Asuka, who for some reason was given her Arc-V era cards, probably because they didn't have enough cards for her without them. Meaning that you had an Arc-V era deck among GX crap. All you had to do was grind in her event and you had a f2p tier 0 deck.
