Stop thinking in that way, J-35 has a different role compared to the J-20. J-35, like the F-35 are multi role fighters while the J-35 is more suited for Air Supirority, it can still do ground attacks, better than the J-20. Meanwhile the F-35 is multi-role but its more suited for ground attacks but still can do Air Supirority.
But both will lose to their respective counterparts, J-20 and F-22.
Either way, if its facing India, and with how Pakistan fights, which is lobbing missiles from its borders, it will be a much much bigger problem for the IAF as we already saw they were getting sniped by PL-15's. I dont think China will sell PL-17's to Pakistan just yet though, but its still a upgrade over the J-10CE which is already a 4.5gen that can stand toe to toe with western equipment that isnt stealth.
Pakistan will probably get 2-3 dozen of them in a year or two. The J-35 factory is just opening up and its pretty huge. Is supposed to be a like a mini-city just for the J-35 production. Its also infrastructure for the future J-XDs.
