You don't. You are not Romans, Rome was the Apennine peninsula and everything else was colonies.
You are conquered people who have lost their language and now you larp as Romans. You weren't exempt from taxes - real Romans from peninsula were - you weren't even citizens until Caracalla decided to grant everybody the citizenship and Rome collapsed 200y later kek, you are just like niggers who are now getting citizenship in Sweden only to destroy it.
