Why did no one tell my fatass about potatoes? They're lower calories than white rice but WAY more filling. And how you could just cook them in the microwave instead of waiting 15 minutes for rice?

In picrel the 3 potatoes I microwaved for 7 minutes come up to only ~250 calories. If I ate that many calories of rice I wouldn't be AS full compared to these potatoes. The whole plate with the airfried salmon included is about ~700 calories.
