I think everyone who recommends Hellstar Remina subconsciously forgets the part where the whole of humanity chases after a woman by flying through the air. It goes from dreading the apocalypse, to loony toons shenanigans and back to the former, but by then you've been too flabbergasted to take anything seriously then.
