She dressed a little more provocatively before becoming a royal but still quite modest by modern standards. Still, she looks great despite the strict dress code. At least she's still able to wear high heels that show off her legs (well, calves - if Kate could wear miniskirts to show off her thighs it might be too much for my brain lol).
