I don't know how well known this is, but it took me a lot of years to find out, so maybe someone will appreciate it.
The original episode 3 looked like shit, and there actually exists a remastered version of it. Sadly, to my knowledge, the remastered version has never been uncensored and will usually not show up together with the rest of the series.
