Weapons in Fallout are pretty meaningful and actually different from each other unlike Skyrim
Settlement objects are always nice too, there are a lot of interesting mods that give you options to make unique settlements. But honestly skyrim has a similar problem with half of nexus being random models and textures, only the difference is that in Fallout 4 you can actually use them for something while in skyrim they replace some object that you see once

Can't deny the truth but Fallout 4 npcs look fine as is and the game has pretty good waifus too
