i swear the only thing that could make me quit japanese are these dogshit visual novels. why is it that visual novels give you multiple heroines, but arbitrarily designate one to be the "real" heroine that gets you to the true ending? what is even the point of that? make the damn thing linear if you're going to treat every other heroine as side routes ffs, now im stuck with probably another 250k characters going through a route with a heroine idgaf about for the 3rd time in a row.
