I'm convinced 764 and affiliates are literally the new MKUltra groups / satanic groups that existed in the 70s&80s (despite 'Satanic Panic' claims) a lot of organized groups enjoyed ritualistic killings along with producing CP and snuff flims...

This opinion resonates strongly for me as of recent since I reread 'Programmed to Kill' by Dave Mcgowan. Not the best written book. But I appreciate the dot connecting and personally believe "brainwashing" is easier than ever due to young kids constantly on their phone.
