A: Not immediately. He can still move for a while if he removed his ring (black trigger), sort of like being cut off from external power and running on internal batteries, and after using up his Trion he will go into a sort of sleep mode and be unable to move. If he is supplied Trion he will be able to move about again. However, without the ring supplying nutrients to his body, he might die if left unattended.
