Fumos are made to order limited run plushies. They were mostly associated with being the main kind of official character merch for Touhou and they have a distinctive look to them.
I have a couple of Touhou ones and I like them. The issue is that they tend to get sold at massively inflated prices if you miss the pre order period.
I think the main place to order them is AmiAmi for those not living in Japan. Not sure whether any other sites will sell them or not.
