Interesting. The other day I was asking /lig/ if they still do cards any more and they still do, but I was feeling kind of on the fence about organizing a Kirsche one.
Not on the fence because of their schizos who try to ruin the thread the moment she gets brought up but on the fence because the last time I coordinated a 4chan birthday card it was ~2 years ago and I was in a NEET phase and now /lig/ has 18 threads per day.
Anyway, if someone on /smug/ is going to be posting the card then all the better. There are probably some /lig/gers who would submit a tile.
