The sculpt is nowhere near as bad as most sculpts, and you'll find that most people here just want to see characters who look like they come from this game, and still retain a resemblance to the original faces.
People saying its shit and looks bad are being hyperbolic, or aren't smart enough to convey their feelings adequately (they don't know how to behave otherwise), but the sculpt doesn't look good in the context of the game world. For example I adjusted an edited my characters face and it would be considered a "sculpt" by some, but it still looks like face 5.
