Her mistake is assume that the player base of a gacha game who has historically followed her for tips and tricks and build instructions will give a shit about fuck about her life or anything that she has to say that isn't related to genshin.
I've said it before, if she were to become a video game variety streamer she could maintain her audience and continue making decent money even if she plays literally anything else. But it seems like she's going the Guru and/or Vlog direction now and only the audience that has fallen in lust with her will tune in to see if she shows her feet. That's... not the part of the audience you want to court.
