30m here, been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months and have been making progress but kind of at a plateau now. Overall I just want to get leaner and get more muscle definition.
Would it in general make sense to take a couple days 3-5 days where I eat very very little or almost fasting and then go back to eating below maintenance?
or would that be pretty much worthless in the long run?
