i learned about uma because my wife Omaru Polka is obsessed with this shit
i never played until global because i didn't even understand what i was looking at, thought it was basically just a VN with scripted or random races
global has problems but i still enjoy it a ton. basically same as many others say, the client is dated with bad QoL and schedule is too fast to really get everything you want without enough gibz or good dolphin options, but it'll probably be fine longterm, just growing pains.
favourite horse is Eishin Flash and i'm saving only for her after dumping on Kitasan
i've tried most big gacha you can name but i was "cured" after genshin. their tricks stopped working on me. except GranBlue because it's just my longterm progress quest i play seasonally for many many years. and now Uma. it doesn't feel like a chore, it's very chill and satisfying.
