Reminder that all of the lag is network related.
If your ping increases, you get more stuttering.
This is because the minimap constantly references the map, which checks for collectables every time.
This is why the achievements for 100% completion only pop up after you open the map, not when you open the final chest.
This is also because of the loot enemies drop and the temple. Each object is an inventory item so it constantly pings the server wait inventory updates.

After this and the volumetric fog settings are fixed, ZZZ will run smoothly.
