Lancer is actually a relatively good one because it has more versatility here. Most Sabers are varying battle servants of ST and AoE with really few supports. Same to Berserkers.
Lancers though allow more teambuilding with the available tools. Specially when Liz is there to buff females, remove 1 buff and skill seal.
There is a good reason Indra got those annoying resistances and lack of gender. Cause otherwise there'd be more to exploit.
