This is going to sound retarded, but I genuinely believe in the healing power of walking.
Walk outside and look at buildings, people, women, nature, Idk whatever's out there. First in your neighbourhood and then further. Maybe even another country eventually.
Staying in the same place is what makes your brain rot (especially in your dark room in front of the laptop for entire days). Movement won’t fix your life but anything's better than the shit you're currently balls deep in, and it will make you feel less dead.
