I’m trying to do OMAD in the morning after my
run. What do you guys recommend I do to keep myself regular? I’d really like to shit in the mornings when I wake up consistently and then just be done. Oatmeal, chia seeds, and bananas are my main source of fiber but it’s like my body doesn’t want to dump the load all at once.
