I dont even want to call this a theory but in regards to the nuggets' back story I can unvision a situation where they were being imprisoned and tortured by the cultists for being impure or some shit. They had all their limbs removed as part of the torture. Srajo & co hears about more Juusou recruits and they show up to bust them out of Jail. In process of that their powers switch on and they nuggify all the cultists with only the no-fap woman surviving. Word of this gets around and even to somebody like Ozen it gets chalked up to being sole kind of curse?
