putting descriptions of two separate facial expressions that can't coexist in the prompt (for this one I used looking down, nervous, wavy mouth, closed eyes, wide-eyed) will make it more likely you get two faces in the prompt
also, I didn't try this, but for ash specifically did you try putting baseball cap in the prompt? I guess it might put one on the girl but it's worth a shot
