Yeah, but there are some lower class gremlins who buy 73/27 ground beef and cook it where there plate is literally half grease. Normal ppl strain most of the drippings off after browning and leave just enough behind, or buy leaner ground beef like 85/15.
I get 80/20 chuck and I save the drippings for making yorkshire puddings but I'm just a frugal gourmand.
