I wanna get into Rainworld. Can someone tell me a little about it?
All I know is that it's difficult, has environment simulation and a physics based movement system with lots of tech to learn and that you're playing this little white dude and there is a timer in which you have to find enough food and a shelter to survive until the next cycle.
So other than that, what is the core loop like? You explore the world to find efficient paths between points of interest until you find enough points of interest to progress the game?
What's the mindset required for the game? I'm the type of person who will autistically try to refill al my bars in a survival game as soon as they drop below 97% but I assume in this game it will probably kill all the fun if I focus on topping up my food meter every time before daring an inch outside of my comfort zone, right?
