"high quality" isnt a subjective word. high quality models would objectively refer to models with more detail, or polygons, or developed animations. has nothing to do with style or realism, but youre a dumb fuck retard with no self awareness of how much of a product of this shit society is, that you think you can just subjectivize everything and anything because you interpret everyword that is supposed to have a nuance as essentially meaning "good or bad" so "high quality" just translates as "good" and you think "well i think this other thing is good, so its not less quality!" instead of translating it as its intended to mean.
