And they have no shame about it. I'd be ashamed to harass someone, much less a neighbor over anything, much less some dubious notion concerning opinions on what constitutes a weed versus a plant with some boilerplate regarding civic duty in order to manipulate them. Yes, I'd feel downright lousy if I did that, but they? They're happy-go-lucky.
I think they're evil. Evil doesn't just want to harm you physically, it wants to lord over you like a taskmaster.
